Hands down the best dive shop I have ever encountered. Alan and Ursula were amazing, both from their enthusiasm and teaching ability. My son was able to get his certification over 3 days and had a great experience as did the rest of the family who went along for the dives. All very transparent with no hidden costs, and very good quality dive equipment to use (BCs, fins, mask, regulator). I can't recommend Scuba Kraken highly enough

Ursula and Alan are the very best! The moment you meet them, you will feel like family. They were very helpful in preparation for our Cozumel scuba/snorkel trip and I felt confident we made a great decision in choosing them before even meeting them in person. Ursula led us in an incredible scuba trip, from driving us to the boat, to leading our dive, to pointing out the most beautiful sea life. She has her masters in marine natural resources development and is a scuba instructor (higher qualification than a divemaster). She really is the best!! I can’t recommend Ursula, Alan, and Scuba Kraken more 🙂

Couldn't be better. Alan taught me basic Open Water scuba 18 months ago. He his an awesome teacher. This trip, Ursula taught me Deep Dive. She is as good a teacher as Alan, which is pretty hard to do. The dives were on the reef and in cenotes. Both are amazing. Alan and Ursula have an amazement and enthusiasm for the underwater world that is irresistible. The sense of wonder from them has stayed with me and probably will. My wife and I plan to come back to Puerto Morelos every year in the future. I will dive with Scuba Kraken every time we come here. They are that good. Not only are they outstanding teachers, I have come to think of them as wonderful friends.

Amazing dive! Saw lots of cool fish and reefs, Allen and Ursula were awesome too. Great customer service and chill vibes. Theyve got a great sense of humor, big smiles, and the facility is charming too. 10/10 experince.
