From the very beginning, their passion for diving and their commitment to safety and enjoyment were clear. Ursula is a patient and clear instructor, very detail-oriented and attentive. Alan brings a great deal of knowledge and positive energy, making everyone feel confident and supported. Together, they make an incredible team and ensure that the entire experience is not only safe but also fun and unforgettable. I highly recommend this dive center! Just wrapped up six dives with Scuba Kraken, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dive experiences I’ve ever had. Alan and Ursula are the real deal—super professional, down-to-earth, and clearly love what they do. We had to change plans due to weather, and they didn’t charge us anything extra. No stress, no pressure—just great communication and flexibility. That alone speaks volumes. Every dive was a highlight: Cenote Dream Gate was my first cenote dive—absolutely surreal. The C-56 shipwreck was one of the coolest wreck dives I’ve ever done. And MUSA... if you’ve never seen the underwater sculptures before, it’s a must. Peaceful, eerie, and unforgettable. They offer great prices for the quality and personal attention you get, and everything—from the gear to the dive planning—was on point. Hoy terminé mi curso de Advanced Open Water con Scuba Kraken en Puerto Morelos, y no puedo estar más contento con la experiencia. Desde el primer momento, el equipo fue súper atento, amable y profesional. Me sentí acompañado y seguro en cada inmersión. Un agradecimiento especial a Ursula, mi instructora, por su paciencia, claridad al explicar y por transmitir tanta pasión por el buceo. Además, la vida marina en Puerto Morelos es simplemente espectacular: corales vibrantes, peces de todos los colores y una tranquilidad que te hace disfrutar cada segundo bajo el agua.
