Just wrapped up six dives with Scuba Kraken, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dive experiences I’ve ever had. Alan and Ursula are the real deal—super professional, down-to-earth, and clearly love what they do. We had to change plans due to weather, and they didn’t charge us anything extra. No stress, no pressure—just great communication and flexibility. That alone speaks volumes. Every dive was a highlight: Cenote Dream Gate was my first cenote dive—absolutely surreal. The C-56 shipwreck was one of the coolest wreck dives I’ve ever done. And MUSA... if you’ve never seen the underwater sculptures before, it’s a must. Peaceful, eerie, and unforgettable. Alan & Ursula are two of the kindest, friendliest, and most fun people that I have ever met! I had an incredible time scuba diving with them and I would highly recommend using Scuba Kraken if you are looking for a life changing dive experience in Puerto Morelos! Initially, I decided to dive with them because they were the only dive shop, out of dozens that I contacted, that was doing a night dive. After just one dive, I understood why they have such great reviews and I decided to do all 5 of my dives with them! They quickly made me feel like part of their dive family and I hope to return to the area to do some more diving with them in the future! Alan & Ursula are both very knowledgeable and shared the fascinating history of the cenotes that we dove at! I was very happy to see that they care so much for the reefs and environment! The food and snacks that they provided were delicious! I would highly recommend Ojo de Agua (beach dive), Cenote Zapote, and Cenote Maravilla near Puerto Morelos as well as Cenote Taak Bi Ha and Cenote Dream Gate near Tulum!

Ursula and Alan were amazing. So kind and friendly. All of their staff is friendly and we love Puerto Morales. Great vibe and great diving. I struggled on my first dive (it had been almost a year since the last one) and Ursula calmed me down and got me more weights. I finally calmed down and just enjoyed it after about 14 minutes. If it wasn’t for her I would have probably bailed. I’ve had 5 amazing dives since all because of her calm presence. Thank you Ursula.
