Alan & Ursula son super amables, cuidadosos y manejan una compania muy profesional. Me encantaban los cenotes y el arecife.

Great scuba shop, Ursula and Alan were friendly and accommodating! I hadn't had a dive in 5yrs, so did a quick refresher before heading to the Shipwreck and reef for dives. Everything was super easy and the diving was great with excellent supervision and knowledge - Hope to visit again.

Si hubiese más estrellas, se las ponía sin pensarlo a Úrsula y a Alan. Súper profesionales, con muy buen equipo, y teniendo en cuenta la seguridad ante todo. Los dos te transmiten una tranquilidad y una profesionalidad tremenda. Mi pareja y yo habíamos planeado hacer un buceo doble un día… y al final terminamos buceando tres días (tres buceos dobles) con Úrsula. Aunque ya había buceado unas 14-16 veces antes, seguía teniendo bastante miedo al descenso. Y gracias a Úrsula, ese miedo se transformó en algo que ahora disfruto. Me ayudó a desbloquear ese miedo, a mejorar mi descenso, a sentirme más tranquila y sobre todo a sentirme más segura bajo el agua. Tiene una manera de explicar las cosas y transmitir los conceptos que da muchísima confianza y tranquilidad. Si pudiera, bucearía todos los días de mi vida con Úrsula ❤️ Gracias por todo, de corazón. Scuba Kraken are the absolute best in Puerto Morelos. My wife and I completed 4 dives with them and their attention to detail and safety are excellent. One of our dives was a wreck dive C56 which was a first for us. The dive master Alan ensured we were well briefed on the dive plan and my wife and I felt super comfortable throughout the dive. Saw an awesome formation of Spotted Eagle Rays and large barracuda. Diving into the ship was amazing and saw to large lobsters lurking in the corners of one of the rooms. We did a beautiful reef dive to finish the day and Alan spotted various types of fish and two massive sharks slumbering in the reef. Our final two dives were Cenote dives with Alan’s wife and dive master Ursula. She ensured we were weighted and trimmed correctly and briefed us well on what to expect during the Cenote dive. She has a Master’s degree in Marine Biology and was such a mountain of information on the ocean ecology, reef conservation and cenote system structures. It was truly an unreal experience, a true underworld discovery only few get to witness. Too beautiful to explain. The husband and wife team, Alan and Ursula, along with their beautiful weimaraner pup have truly built a beautiful family operation in picturesque town on Puerto Morelos. Scuba Kraken is second to none. They make you feel as if you’re part of the family. They are fun, committed to their craft and safety conscious.
