Alan is a great dive instructor as well as a tour guide! We had a lot of fun together. We feel very safe diving with him and enjoyed every minute both above and underneath the water. Highly recommend

Wir kontaktierten die Tauchbasis via WhatsApp und erhielten schnell und freundlich Antwort auf unsere Anfrage. Die weite Anfahrt von Tulum hat sich sehr gelohnt! Wir konnten vor der Tauchbasis parken. Alan und Ursula sind zuvorkommend, freundlich, kommunikativ und kompetent. Wir durften das Schnuppertauchen und das Auffrischen kombinieren und tauchten mit Ursula an zwei wunderschönen Spots von Puerto Morelos. Trotz der unterschiedlichen Taucherfahrubg, haben wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir wieder nach Mexiko kommen, werden wir hier unbedingt wieder tauchen! ☺️👍

Beautiful snorkeling, friendly staff, highly recommend! We saw countless gorgeous fish, sea turtles and even a shark! It was an incredible experience.

Scuba Kraken is amazing! My sister has used Scuba Kraken/Alan in past trips, so this trip she set up two outings for us to take with Scuba Kraken. Alan took us to see cenotes, and the next day we went to Cozumel to snorkel / scuba. The cenote trip was lots of fun, and Alan made sure everything went very smoothly. On the trip to Cozumel, I was very nervous about snorkeling as it had been over 20 years since I had done it. This trip, we were there as a family - with my husband, my two teens, my sister and her husband. Alan made sure we felt safe, stayed with us at all times, and pointed out all the amazing sea life (we saw turtles, fish, lobster, and 2 EAGLE RAYS!) When I felt like my mask wasn't working well for me, he let me use his mask. On the cenote trip, he noticed my daughter was very cold. So the next day for the snorkeling trip, he made sure to supply her with a wetsuit to keep her warm. Alan and his wife are just really genuine and kind people.... and also a lot of fun! Later in the week, my teen son said "can we go back to hang out with Alan?" I would recommend Scuba Kraken / Alan to anyone who has the chance to be in the area and wants an unforgettable experience. The two trips we took with Alan were the highlight of our vacation! Thank you, Alan!
