Great scuba shop, Ursula and Alan were friendly and accommodating! I hadn't had a dive in 5yrs, so did a quick refresher before heading to the Shipwreck and reef for dives. Everything was super easy and the diving was great with excellent supervision and knowledge - Hope to visit again.

Alan & Ursula are two of the kindest, friendliest, and most fun people that I have ever met! I had an incredible time scuba diving with them and I would highly recommend using Scuba Kraken if you are looking for a life changing dive experience in Puerto Morelos! Initially, I decided to dive with them because they were the only dive shop, out of dozens that I contacted, that was doing a night dive. After just one dive, I understood why they have such great reviews and I decided to do all 5 of my dives with them! They quickly made me feel like part of their dive family and I hope to return to the area to do some more diving with them in the future! Alan & Ursula are both very knowledgeable and shared the fascinating history of the cenotes that we dove at! I was very happy to see that they care so much for the reefs and environment! The food and snacks that they provided were delicious! I would highly recommend Ojo de Agua (beach dive), Cenote Zapote, and Cenote Maravilla near Puerto Morelos as well as Cenote Taak Bi Ha and Cenote Dream Gate near Tulum!

Absolutely Incredible Dive Experience with Scuba Kraken! Okay folks, here’s the deal — Scuba Kraken is hands down the best dive group my husband and I have ever gone with. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of fantastic. The team was not only professional but also incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. Never once did we feel rushed or condescended to — just genuine, passionate divers who love what they do. Ursula was amazing and went above and beyond to help me with my GoPro setup, making sure I captured every moment. And Allen was an absolute rockstar as our divemaster for three straight days — calm, knowledgeable, and just a joy to dive with. We were lucky enough (or maybe it’s just their awesome planning) to dive a stunning wreck site and witnessed 15 spotted eagle rays gliding overhead — a truly magical, once-in-a-lifetime experience we’ll never forget. If you're even thinking about diving with Scuba Kraken — do it. You won’t regret it.

I got my Advanced padi qualification at Scuba Kraken and had an amazing time! Highlights included deep diving near a shipwreck and seeing octopi on a night dive. Ursula was an amazing instructor and made understanding everything needed for the qualification super easy. Would strongly recommend!
